Curriculum:
What's Inside: Scrum and Kanban methodologies, task and sprint planning, working with
Jira and Confluence, budget and risk management, communication with the team and
clients, KPI tracking, and presenting results.
Tools: Jira, Confluence, task planners, analytics tools.
Approach:
Learning through real-world scenarios and actual project management. You learn to make
decisions and lead a team—not merely coordinate tasks.
Outcome:
Upon completing the course, you will be capable of managing projects and will understand the entire development lifecycle.
By the end, you will have gained practical experience in the PM role and be ready to work effectively within a team.
